Casafina's ceramic and glass products are handmade and handpainted.  It is normal to expect slight design and color variations from piece to piece. Most items are dishwasher safe, provided they are handled carefully as with any handmade product. Handwashing will prolong the life of the handmade product.

Microwave use is not recommended for earthenware collections. Earthenware is low-fired and has a tendency to "craze" (form miniscule lines) with repeated use in a microwave oven. This crazing is the nature of earthenware products and does not have a significant effect on the ceramics.
